Well, we sent off our dossier to our agency last Friday! It only took us about a week to complete all of the paperwork. We collected all of the documents and got them notarized. We waited for a phone appointment to complete our last document, and now that it has arrived, our dossier is complete.
So what's next? All of the documents will be checked over again our our agency. Then the dossier will be sent to get authenticated, and then it will be translated into French (the official language in Congo). We will "officially" be waiting after that. Our agency's Congo program isn't too big, so hopefully we won't be waiting too long.
And now we wait again!

yay! so exciting! don't know if you feel like me, but I feel like a Dossier pro now :)
