Sleeping:
We are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel with Sylvie's sleeping. Most nights, she goes to bed around 7:30, will sing and jabber for a few minutes, and go to sleep. Then she will wake up around 4 or 5 in the morning to eat, and will go back to bed until 7 AM.
Naps have gotten better too. She does have a few short naps here and there, but most of them last around an hour and a half. She feels so much more rested and is a happy girl. She still takes 3 naps a day. She is awake for around 2 hours before she is ready to go back to sleep.
Except for a few rough nights with teething, Sylvie is finally getting to be a better sleeper!
Eating:
Sylvie is still nursing and is doing pretty well. We have introduced lots of new foods this month. She has tried applesauce, pears, prunes, sweet potatoes, carrots, and squash. Sylvie just gobbles them up. We also tried bananas but she seemed to have some diaper issues after that so we may wait to try those again for a bit.
Growth:
Not sure about her stats, but she is definitely a growing girl. She is wearing 6-9 month and 6-12 month clothes, but the 9 month sleepers are definitely starting to get tight. Can't believe she'll be moving up to 12 month sleepers soon!
Milestones:
Sylvie got her 2nd tooth on October 23. She also has gotten really good at rolling. Rolling tummy to back is easy for her, but rolling back to tummy is still something she's working on. She also sat up for the first time on November 1st! Sylvie also took a bath in the big tub and sat in the front of the cart this month.
Likes:
Sylvie's number one favorite thing is to do is watch Judah. She just thinks he's hilarious. She also loves chewing on things, playing in her jumper, going on car rides, eating her baby food, and watching the credits at the end of TV shows (just like her big brother did!)
She also has become pretty attached to her sleep sacks. Since she started teething, Sylvie has started sucking on the tops of them. I tried to put her down for a nap the other day without one and she would not relax and stop wiggling until I put her in her sleep sack. She instantly relaxed and went to sleep a few minutes later - I guess it's a comfort thing!
Just woke up and still in her sleep sack
First time riding in the cart like a big girl!
Lots of drool this month with a new tooth coming in!
We love her sweet smile.
Sylvie loves her daddy.
With cousin Josie at the cabin!
