Tried to get a quick cousin shot, but it wasn't easy! They are at such a fun age right now...love them all!
Judah is really into puzzles right now, so a box of truck puzzles will be put to good use!
This gift was so much fun to watch Judah open. Grandpa picked out a work bench with all kinds of tools for Judah. As you can see by the picture, he thought it was a pretty great gift! We thought that he might run the batteries out on the drill right then and there.
On Christmas morning, we set out Judah's big gift from Santa and had his stocking ready to go.
His big gift this year was a new kitchen. He was so tired when he woke up that he kept staring at it, wondering where it came from. It didn't take him too long to wake up and start playing though!
A certain someone is never far from our minds...
My grandma used to make homemade doughnuts, and it was one of my favorite things for my mom to do when I was a kid. I made them for Judah this year and we made it a little Happy Birthday, Jesus party!
I guess there will be lots of pictures in this post...Christmas was a long day! We ate lunch at my parents' house and then came back home for Judah to take a nap...and I might have taken a quick one too. (We learned on Thanksgiving that a holiday + no nap = major meltdown.) We went back later to open gifts with my side of the family.
Getting married in June!
In truck heaven!
Overall they were such fun days...we ate lots of good food, enjoyed time with family, and celebrated Jesus coming to earth as a baby. But like I said earlier, there was a part of us wondering how our little one is doing...if they had enough to eat today and sad that they were not here to open presents. Adopting is not for the faint of heart...it can hit you right in the middle of a happy day that someone is missing. Please pray with us that this will be our last Christmas without our little one!
